– At 8:41am, the Thai Military fired 155mm artillery shells into civilian residential area, resulting in the death of 1 innocent Cambodian civilian, in the area of Ta Lei, Kouk Romiet commune, Thmar Pouk district, Banteay Meanchey.
The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attacks by the Thai military has become more and more vicious, a grave violation of international humanitarian law.
