ស្ថានការណ៍នៅតាមបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ អំពី ករណីយោធាថៃនៅតែបន្តធ្វើសកម្មភាពបាញ់ប្រហារចូលទីតាំងប្រជាជនស៊ីវិលកម្ពុជា និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស៊ីវិល នៅយោធភូមិភាគទី៥ ក្នុងភូមិសាស្រ្តបឹងត្រកួន និងភូមិសាស្ត្រភូមិគោកព្រិច ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ នាថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥៖
– ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១៩:០០នាទី ដល់ម៉ោង ២០:៣៥នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងគ្រាប់ភ្លើងបំភ្លឺផ្លូវចំនួន ៤គ្រាប់លើភូមិសាស្ត្របឹងត្រកួន។
– ម៉ោង ២០:១៤នាទី ក្រោយបាញ់ភ្លើងបំភ្លឺរួច យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់រថក្រោះបាញ់បំបុកចូលលំនៅដ្ឋានរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាច្រើនគ្រាប់នៅភូមិសាស្ត្របឹងត្រកួន និងបន្តបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រភូមិគោកព្រិចជាច្រើនគ្រាប់បន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញ និងកម្ទេចលំនៅដ្ឋានរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស៊ីវិលកម្ពុជាចោលយ៉ាងកំរោល និងអមនុស្សធម៌។
សកម្មភាពខាងលើជាការវាយប្រហារដ៏កំរោល ព្រៃផ្សៃ ដោយមិនរើសគោលដៅរបស់យោធាថៃ ជាការរំលោភបំពានច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ។

Please be informed of the situation along the Cambodia–Thailand border, where Thai military forces have continued their armed aggression, targeting civilian areas and infrastructure, in the 5th Military Region, in Boeung Trakoun and Kouk Prech Village, Banteay Meanchey Province, on December 24, 2025.
– From 7:00pm to 8:35pm, the Thai military used flare gun to fire 4 rounds of flares into the area of Boeung Trakoun.
– At 8:14pm, following the firing of flares, the Thai military deployed tanks to fire multiple rounds into civilian houses in the area of Boeung Trakoun, and continued shelling many more Rounds into Kouk Prech village to forcibly destroy the innocent Cambodian civilian houses in a brutal and inhumane manner.
The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attacks by the Thai military, a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
Cambodian forces have fought fiercely against the invading enemy and continue to monitor closely and remain vigilant in fulfilling their role of firmly protecting Cambodia’s territorial integrity.
