តាមរយៈផេកហ្វេសប៊ុកផ្លូវការ សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា បានបង្ហោះសារដែលមានខ្លឹមសារទាំងស្រុងថា “ អ្នកនយោបាយជ្រុលនិយមថៃ ស៊ិនធិ លឹមថងគុល បាននិយាយយ៉ាងច្បាស់ៗថា ប្រសិនបើគាត់ឈ្នះឆ្នោតដឹកនាំប្រទេសមានអំណាចពេញដៃ នឹងលើកកងទ័ពវាយប្រហារចូលទឹកដីកម្ពុជា យកខេត្តមួយចំនួនរបស់កម្ពុជាដូចជា បាត់ដំបង សៀមរាប បន្ទាយមានជ័យ ព្រះវិហារ និងកោះគុជ ហើយអាចរហូតដល់រាជធានីភ្នំពេញទៀតផង។
នេះជាសំដីរបស់ ស៊ិនធិ លឹមថងគុល ដែលនិយាយភាសាថៃ៖ «អាហ៊ុនសែនមហាតេជោ អ្នកឯងសំណាងល្អដែលអញ ស៊ិនធិ លឹមថងគុល ដែលអញអត់មានអំណាច ប្រសិនបើអញមានអំណាចវិញ ថ្ងៃនេះ បាត់ដំបង សៀមរាប សិរីសោភណ្ឌ អញនឹងដណ្តើមយកមក ហើយស្អែកអញនឹងទៅយកព្រះវិហារ និងបន្តទៅយកកោះគុជទៀត ហើយអញសួរហ្អែងថា ប្រសិនបើនៅមិនពេញចិត្តទៀត អញនឹងទៅយកភ្នំពេញ»។
សម្តីបែបនេះរបស់អ្នកនយោបាយជ្រុលនិយមថៃ បង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់អំពីការចិញ្ចឹមចិត្ត និងមហិច្ចតាចង់បានទឹកដីរបស់កម្ពុជា ដូច្នេះហើយខ្ញុំសូមប្រកាសឲ្យជនរួមជាតិខ្មែរយើងទាំងអស់ ត្រូវរួបរួមគ្នាជាចលនាជាតិនិយមតែមួយ ដោយប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាប់ជានិច្ច ត្រូវត្រៀមខ្លួនជាប់ជានិច្ច ដើម្បីទប់ទល់ប្រឆាំងវៃបំបាក់ឧបាយកលដ៏សែនខ្មៅកខ្វក់របស់ថៃ ដែលចិញ្ចឹមចិត្ត និងមហិច្ចតាចង់លេបទឹកដីខេត្តមួយចំនួនរបស់កម្ពុជា។
ដោយចរិតឈ្លានពានបែបនេះ ទើបយើងត្រូវពង្រឹងកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ប្រភេទ ត្រូវពង្រឹងខឿនការពារជាតិរបស់ប្រជាជន ត្រូវខិតខំចរចា ដើម្បីបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនជាមួយថៃឲ្យបានឆាប់។ យើងត្រូវត្រៀមខ្លួនតស៊ូរយៈពេលវែងតាមផ្លូវយោធា នយោបាយ ការទូត និងផ្លូវច្បាប់។ ដរាបណាមិនទាន់មានការបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនរួចរាល់ លទ្ធភាពប៉ះទង្គិចខាងយោធា ឬសង្គ្រាមតាមព្រំដែនងាយនឹងកើតឡើង និងពិបាកជៀសផុត។
ខ្ញុំមិនតបតជាមួយពួកចោរឈ្លានពានទឹកដីទេ តែនេះជាសារដាស់តឿនដល់ បងប្អូនជនរួមជាតិកម្ពុជាដើម្បីត្រៀម ខ្លួនវាយចោរឈ្លានពានទឹកដី៕
Thailand Still Harbors Ambitions and Greed for Cambodian Territory!
Thai extremist politician, Sondhi Limthongkul, made it explicitly clear that if he were to win the national election and gain full control of the country, he would mobilize military forces to invade Cambodian territory and seize several provinces such as Battambang, Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, Preah Vihear, and Koh Kood, and potentially even reach the capital, Phnom Penh.
Here is a statement made by Sondhi Limthongkul in Thai:
«Ah Hun Sen, Mohar Techo. You are lucky that I, Sondhi Limthongkul, do not hold power. If I did, today I would already have taken Battambang, Siem Reap, and Serei Saophoan, and tomorrow I would go for Preah Vihear and then on to Koh Kood. And if you’re still not satisfied, I would head straight for Phnom Penh».
Such remarks from this Thai extremist politician clearly demonstrate a deep-seated ambition and greed to seize Cambodian territory. Therefore, I call on all Khmer compatriots to unite as one strong nationalist movement, to remain ever vigilant, and always be prepared to resist and dismantle Thailand’s sinister schemes to encroach upon Cambodia’s sovereign land.
Given such aggressive intentions, we must strengthen all types of armed forces, reinforce national defense among the people, and strive to expedite border demarcation negotiations with Thailand. We must prepare ourselves for a long-term struggle through military, political, diplomatic, and legal paths. Until the border is clearly demarcated, the risk of military clashes or border wars remains high and difficult to avoid.
I do not wish to respond directly to those who seek to invade our land. This is a message to alert and awaken our Cambodian compatriots to be ready to fight off any invaders of our territory.
