យោងតាមអ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិបានឲ្យដឹងថា៖ ឯកឧត្តម ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន ប្រមុខការទូតកម្ពុជា បានផ្ញើលិខិតចំនួន ២ ដោយមួយទៅកាន់ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងមួយទៀតទៅកាន់ ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានប្ដូរវេនក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដើម្បីប្រាប់ពីភាពផុយស្រួយយ៉ាងខ្លាំង នៃបទឈប់បាញ់កម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដោយសារតែភាគីថៃបានរំលោភបំពានលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់៕ AKP
« Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, has sent two official letters — one to His Excellency the Secretary-General of the United Nations and another to His Excellency the President of the United Nations Security Council — to underscore the extreme fragility of the Cambodian-Thai ceasefire, caused by the Thai side’s persistent violations of Cambodia’s sovereignty.»
