អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា សូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជន អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិមេត្តាជ្រាបថា៖ នាព្រឹកនៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅវេលាម៉ោង ១០:៣០នាទី ក្រុមការងារនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា (CMAC) និងក្រុម ការងារនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនថៃ (TMAC) បានបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំតាមប្រព័ន្ធ VTC ដើម្បីបន្តពិភាក្សាលម្អិតអំពីតំបន់សាកល្បងក្នុងតំបន់អាទិភាពនៅព្រំដែន ដែលស្ថិតនៅឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ទល់មុខ ឃុំណូនម៉ាកម៉ូន ស្រុកគោកស៊ូង ខេត្តស្រះកែវ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ស្របតាមការសម្រេចរបស់ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សា និងការអនុវត្តការងារត្រូវគោរពតាមគោលការណ៍ និងនិយាមនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ (SOP) ដែល ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលចម្រុះ (JCTF) នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពគ្នា។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ការងារដោះមីនមនុស្សធម៌នេះ ត្រូវគោរពតាមគោលការណ៍ការពារអធិបតេយ្យ និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីដោយម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ព្រមទាំងឈរលើស្មារតីគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

Her Excellency Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, would like to inform the general public, both national and international media outlets, as follows:
On morning of 10 November 2025 at 1030, the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) and the Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC) conducted a meeting via VTC to continue a detailed discussion of the pilot area in the priority border area that is situated in O Bei Chorn Commune, O Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province, the Kingdom of Cambodia, opposite to Nonmak Moon Commune, Khok Song District, Sa Kaeo Province, the Kingdom of Thailand, in accordance with the decision of the Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) meeting taken place on 31 October 2025.
This meeting discussion and implementation work shall adhere to the principles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) agreed upon by the Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) of the two countries.
It should be noted as well that this Humanitarian Demining work shall be strictly adhered to the principles of protecting sovereignty and territorial integrity and be based on the spirit of mutual respects.
