សេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មាន របស់ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ ស្ដីពីលទ្ធផល នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) រវាងយោធភូមិភាគទី៤របស់កម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២របស់ថៃ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយភាគីថៃធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ។
គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ពៅ ហេង មេបញ្ជាការយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ និងជាសហប្រធាននៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ (RBC)។ គណៈ ប្រតិភូថៃដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ប៊ុនស៊ីន ផាតក្លាង មេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ និងជាសហប្រធាននៃកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការ ព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ (RBC)។
កិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) បានចាប់ផ្តើមនៅម៉ោង១១៖០០នាទីព្រឹក និងបានបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យ នៅវេលាម៉ោង១១៖៥៣នាទីព្រឹក ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពគ្នាក្នុងការរក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងជាប្រចាំរវាងបណ្តាយោធភូមិភាគ និងតំបន់យោធា ព្រមទាំងបណ្តាអង្គភាព នៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ និងខិតខំដោះស្រាយរាល់បញ្ហាដោយសន្តិវិធី និងបញ្ចៀសការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នា។
ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងបន្ថែមទៀតនៅគ្រប់កម្រិត ដើម្បីកសាងជំនឿទុកចិត្ត និងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជាអ្នកជិតខាងល្អ។ តាមរយៈការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងគ្នានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ពីការវិវឌ្ឍជាវិជ្ជមាន និងវឌ្ឍនភាពដែលសម្រេចបានកន្លងមក សំដៅជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើគ្រប់វិស័យ និងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពឡើងវិញ។
Press Release of The Ministry of National Defense about the results of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC) between the 4th Military Region of Cambodia and the 2nd Army Area of Thailand on August 27, 2025, with Thailand as the host.
The Cambodian delegation was led by Lieutenant General Pov Heng, Commander of the 4th Military Region and Co-Chairman of the RBC Extraordinary Meeting. The Thai delegation was led by His Excellency Lieutenant General Boonsin Padklang, Commander of the 2nd Army Area and Co-Chairman of the RBC Extraordinary Meeting.
The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and successfully concluded at 11:53 AM on the morning of August 27, 2025.
During this Extraordinary Meeting, both sides agreed to maintain regular communication between all military regions, army areas and units along the Cambodia-Thailand border and strive to resolve all issues peacefully and avoid clashes.
Both sides also emphasized the importance of further strengthening relations at all levels in order to build trust and promote good neighborliness. They further underscored the positive momentum and progress achieved through these engagements in advancing cooperation across all sectors, with the shared aim of returning to normalcy.
