លោក Wang Wenbin ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជាបានថ្លែងបញ្ជាក់ថា ចិន និងកម្ពុជា គឺជាមិត្តដែកថែប និងជាសហគមន៍វាសនារួមគ្រប់រដូវកាល តែងតែគាំទ្រ និងជួយគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ លោកថា ភាគីចិនគាំទ្រកម្ពុជាក្នុងការរក្សាស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ ជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជន។
លោកបន្តថា ចិនរីករាយក្នុងការសហការជាមួយកម្ពុជាដើម្បីបង្កើនតួនាទីរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការសម្របសម្រួលអន្តររដ្ឋាភិបាលចិន-កម្ពុជា ពង្រឹងក្របខ័ណ្ឌកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ “ត្បូងពេជ្រដែលមានវិស័យអាទិភាពទាំង៦” ឱ្យបានសម្បូរបែប និងជំរុញសមិទ្ធផលគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់បន្ថែមទៀតសម្រាប់ “ច្រករបៀងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឧស្សាហកម្ម” និង “ច្រករបៀងត្រី និងអង្ករ” ធ្វើឱ្យកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការចិន-កម្ពុជា ក្លាយជាផលប្រយោជន៍កាន់តែច្រើនជូនដល់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិបុលភាពក្នុងតំបន់”។
ការថ្លែងពីជំហរចិនបែបនោះ ក្នុងឱកាសដែលលោករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការបរទេសចិន វ៉ាង យី ជួបជាមួយលោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស៕
